Responsibilities: The shared role is split between the separate roles of project delivery (Adrian Sibley) and assets and facilities management (Andy Fisher). Andy and Adrian work together towards corporate tasks and functions. Adrian has overall responsibility for ensuring that significant projects such as the Towns Fund, Housing Delivery and the elements of the Capital Programme are delivered.  Andy's role includes overall responsibility for management of the Councils' assets and direction of arms length companies. The role is a strategic one that works closely with the Growth Portfolio.  Adrian is also Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) for the Partnership.
