Responsibilities:  John has overall responsibility for the Communities Directorate, which includes many of the Partnership's front facing services delivered directly to residents, such as refuse, recycling, street cleansing, housing, homelessness, environmental services and community safety. His responsibilities also include leisure and culture across the Partnership.
