South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership: Delivery through Collaboration

The South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership has been fortunate to host at the House of Lords the 'Celebrating the Partnership's delivery through genuine collaboration with our trusted partners' event. A huge thank you to all who attended and to our sponsors RingCentral and Ventum Dynamics.

The South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership was created to unlock the area's ambitions and to deliver for our residents, our communities, and our places.

From day one of this ground-breaking Partnership, we have built a track record of delivery through genuine collaboration with trusted partners. This year, building on our remarkable successes to date, we will go further and faster to unlock results and truly deliver for South and East Lincolnshire.

A report, which was launched at the event, shows the starting gun for an even greater year of delivery with our partners across the sub-region and in Government. Specifically, the report explores key projects we will deliver in 2023 across four strategic areas: Skills & Aspiration, Sustainable Growth, Health, and Pride in Place.

With Government backing, we have already delivered major projects. In 2023, the Partnership will go further and faster, truly delivering what levelling up means to the people of South and East Lincolnshire.

We are and always have been proud of our area. However, the truth is that for too long, South and East Lincolnshire was overlooked, and its hard working communities left behind and forgotten.

At the foundation of our Partnership was the ambition to change this. By working in partnership with Government and our leading and developing industries, we have together unlocked ground-breaking funding for the area. This funding is a down payment on levelling up and creating sustainable growth across South and East Lincolnshire. It is a down payment we will be paying back at pace and with interest.

Levelling up is not a slogan in South and East Lincolnshire. It is putting spades in the ground and delivering better health outcomes, new opportunities and jobs, better skills, education and training, creating real growth and giving our communities pride in their places once again.

We are raising aspirations across the Partnership and giving people the opportunity to realise their potential.

We have a unique opportunity. That opportunity is to truly level up South and East Lincolnshire, creating a nationally leading centre for investment, opportunity and aspiration. In our Partnership, we have the business, community and political ambition to make this opportunity a reality.

It is the genuine belief of everyone in the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership that in genuine collaboration with partners we can achieve and further our grand ambitions for our residents, our communities, and our places.
