Responsibilities: This role has overall responsibility for ensuring that significant projects such as the Towns Fund, Housing Delivery and the elements of the Capital Programme are delivered.  The role also includes overall responsibility for management of the Councils' assets, leisure and direction of arms length companies. The role is a strategic one that works closely with the Growth Portfolio.  The role is also Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) for the Partnership.
