South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership shortlisted for LGC Awards
The South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership has been shortlisted for this year's prestigious LGC Awards.
The Partnership has been shortlisted for the Public/Public Partnership award where the winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on 22 July at London's Grosvenor House.
The South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (S&ELCP) was officially formed in October 2021 and is a partnership of Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council.
With a 1,000-strong workforce and a shared leadership team in place serving 300,000 residents across the sub-region, the Partnership has ambitious plans for the next 12 months, including the adoption of a climate change action plan, a Towns Fund programme for Boston and East Lindsey and a capital programme expected to reach almost £200 million.
Rob Barlow, chief executive of the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership said: "We're delighted the Partnership has been shortlisted for this year's LGC Awards.
"This year saw a record number of entries across all categories, so to be shortlisted is an outstanding achievement and a testament to the way staff and elected Members in the Partnership have come together."
