The South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership Customer Experience Strategy 2023-2027 sets out how we want to continue to transform our services to ensure we meet the needs of customers now and in the future.
The Partnership is committed to providing a positive experience that is accessible, simple and efficient to all our customers, whether they are residents, businesses, visitors, people who work in the area, community groups and charities or organisations working with the councils.
